Drawing inspiration from the pure use of mustard in both Bengali and French culinary traditions, the Mustard franchise artfully combines the best of gourmet Western flavours with the rich feasts of the East. Originating in Goa, the restaurant later expanded its presence to Mumbai.
Founded by Punam Singh and Shilpa Sharma, two passionate professionals, the franchise is nurtured with love and zest. Our collaboration involved crafting special menus that capture the essence of their culinary vision.
